With a degree in Communication and 16+ years of Operations Management experience in Corporate America, she is well versed in helping you identify talent for your needs. Away from work you will find her watching one of her three children at their sporting events, golfing or enjoying time away with her husband or friends. Vacationing on beautiful sandy beaches is what she looks forward to every year.

Katie has over 25 years of professional experience including Business Systems Consulting, Project Management, Business Analyst, Help Desk Support, Call Center Design, and Purchasing/Supply Chain Management from Technology to Education. She is a true people person and can effectively communicate with people no matter what their professional experience may be. Katie is honest and trustworthy, she believes that professional happiness has a positive impact on every aspect of life. She will put her best efforts in to finding the right fit for candidates and clients. She loves seeing people happy! In her free time, Katie enjoys time with family and friends, being by the water (especially the ocean) in warm sunny places. She also loves to golf (even though it doesn’t always love her back!).

Beth has a BS degree in Information Management and has worked in Outplacement Services, Insurance, and Staffing/Recruiting. She took time off her career path to stay home and raise her three sons. Her passion is helping people find their tailor-fit job opportunities and building relationships to support the complete process. Beth has the patience and tenacity to achieve the full cycle steps necessary to qualify candidates. She has a heart for volunteering at CROSS, and serving alongside compassionate people. Her beloved pets include a dog, two cats, and a parakeet. During the summer months, she enjoys family time on the lake, listening to live music, hiking/jogging, and traveling during the cold winter months.

His work allows the rest of us to stay the course in finding top talent for our clients. Matt is friendly, patient and maybe just a bit sarcastic, he embraces life with an attitude for fun. When not crunching numbers you will find him running his own business or enjoying life at a golf course, baseball field, traveling or on the water.
